This can be very useful, especially when you want to purchase contemporary art or professionally consider to work with a certain artist or gallery. We hope you will be very happy with our unbiased content and statistical information.

Will the shows written in grey be activated automatically

No, most of the content of ArtFacts.Net™ is restricted. If you want to surf ArtFacts.Net™ freely you need an Membership Account with login credentials.

I am a member, how do I login?

If you are a member of ArtFacts.Net™ you should have received your login details by email. If not please let us know and we will send you a new password. Please write to support@artfacts.net.

I'm member, what can I update by myself?

Nothing. You have to submit missing information via the www.artfacts.net/service/?Report_Missing_Content:Missing_Exhibitionmissing information form

Can I update my information with Personal Membership?

The Personal Membership is designed for users who are journalists, collectors or other persons interested in the contemporary art world. Institutional Memberships are designed for exhibitors ie. Galleries and Museums. With a Personal Membership you cannot update data.

Access for my account is closed. I don't know why

Possible reasons are:

  • Your account expired
  • You tried to login several times with a wrong password
  • There are problems with payment

I want to cancel my membership, what do I have to do?

A Personal Membership expires automatically.
