Unidentified Living Objects... Works by Ardouvin, Dekyndt and Lepper at Parker's Box, New York
Unidentified Living Objects... Works by Ardouvin, Dekyndt and Lepper at Parker's Box, New York, The exhibition "Unidentified Living Objects..." at Parker's Box, New York, features works by the artists Pierre Ardouvin, Edith Dekyndt and Gereon Lepper. The three works on display have one thing in common: they seem to have a life, independent of the decisions of their curators. Pierre Ardouvin's "La Chose" ("The Thing") is a monumental abstract structure made of PVC that seems to be breathing. Edith Dekyndt's "Perpetual Room" consists of pulsing light that is projected onto a wall -- [Heinrich Schmidt]
