Art Aspen 2013

Many of the nation’s top art collectors, art patrons, museum trustees, curators and business leaders flock to Aspen in early August to partake in the city’s annual arts charitable events and the slew of exclusive parties surrounding these events. The fair offers the gallery art world exclusive access into the semi-private wealthy playground of local and international collectors. ArtAspen, Aug. 1-4, is produced during the Aspen Art Museum’s perennially sold out ArtCrush Summer Benefit. The tarmac at Sardy Field is filled to capacity with private jets as the top collectors have descended upon Aspen during this art-centric time period.
