De Roover makes installations in landscapes. He is one of the few artists who understand landscape, who have a feel for the scale and sentiment of an environment.

His structures are not confronting nature, are not ripping it apart, but are going with the flow of the place, enhance its characteristics and individuality. They can make an environment come to live, enhance the spirit, arouse curiosity and relax.

His works are beautiful on paper. But they really show their beauty in nature. You have to walk on them, through them, watch them from a distance. Enjoy them and the environment.

Marc de Roover has works in public and private collections. Although the main emphasis in his career is on landscape installations, he also made smaller, indoor objects and beautifully crafted scale models.
