Screen, skin, grid, fragment, facade, section, detail, light, color, structure, and reflection: Ola Kolehmainen`s architecturally derived images challenge and illuminate abstract and sublime qualities manifested by photographic appearance. If in the first instance as photographes they are born of mechanism, there is also undeniably a sense in which they are visual apparitions extracted from the world.

The exhibition is part of Helsinki by Night - Berlin / Der Finnische Monat in Berlin in cooperation with the Helsinki School.
