Guy Hepner Contemporary announces a series of two exhibitions for 2006, designed to showcase the biggest names in contemporary art and photography.
In the "Group Sessions", 20th century titans such as Andy Warhol, Jean Michel Basquiat and Keith Haring will vie for attention with the world's greatest photographers including Bob Carlos Clarke, Mark Seliger, Rankin and David LaChapelle, with many of the works on display being previously unseen and created specifically for this series of events.
Bob Carlos Clarke will release a series of "big nude" portraits, virtual lifesize images of his most desireable sitters, while Mark Seliger will launch his first UK showing with his "hip hop immortals", originally featured in Vanity Fair.
On the contemporary art side, new works by Damien Hirst will debut in a spectacular customised installation, while the appropriated paintings of Richard Pettibone make their first outing in London after spectacular success in New York earlier in 2005.
Other featured artists include Jake and Dinos Chapman, Helmut Newton, Takashi Murakami, Jeff Koons, Tom Wesselmann and Zoobs. |
