"Woraus bemerkenswerter Weise nichts hervorgeht (From which, remarkably enough, nothing develops)" was the title of the first exhibition with works by Michael Müller that I presented in 2004. It is also the title of the first chapter of Robert Musil's colossal unfinished novel "The Man Without Qualities" - which right from the beginning lowers the expectations one has of an "epic" novel by talking about the weather. This title, with its reference to the inadequacy of description in face of the lacking clarity of things, inspired me to juxtapose a selection of the most various positions of my exhibition programme in this show. | |||||
