Whisson's impressive survey exhibition As If has moved from Heide to Sydney's MCA, however, art lovers in Melbourne can enjoy Whisson's latest paintings and drawings at Niagara in October. These paintings and drawings are poetic and evocative reflections of Whisson's rich life experience.

for an extended Melbourne Cup break)

A timely and great review by John McDonald of the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia's major retrospective of Ken Whisson's work. Definitely worth a read.
