Submission Criteria

In the past, we were forced to suspend the submissions of missing exhibition because of the great number of requests we received. This is a free service and we try to handle all mails in a timely manner. In order not to get in the same situation again, we have to limit the number of submissions. Therefore please adhere to the following guidelines:

What we update:

- Curated exhibitions in Museums, Non-Profit-Organizations, Kunsthallen, and Biennials

- Museum collections

- Gallery representations (please use also the comment field if the artist is no longer represented by a gallery)

- only shows in institutions that are already listed at Artfacts.Net

What we do not update:

- commercial exhibitions in private galleries (to get these listed please refer the gallery to our memberships. We try to completely update galleries once a year)

- art fair participations

- Performances and shows shorter than 5 days

- ongoing and upcoming exhibitions (this is exclusive for our members)

What we need:

- title of the exhibition

- exact dates (dd/mm/yy)

- list of all participating artists

- link to the institution or direct web link to the exhibition

What else to know:

- there is no guarantee of being listed

- the update can take up to 6 months
